The main difference
Nano Banana is a model you talk to: attach a photo, describe the change, and keep what you like. Fulfily is the work around the model for a Shopify store: choose products, apply one preset with a photo model and pose to all of them, review the images side by side and publish them. It's not a better model; it saves you the steps between a good image and a finished product page. For a catalog, that's one run for many products, with images created in the background, instead of a prompt per product.

What about Google Product Studio?
Product Studio is Google's set of free AI image tools inside the Google & YouTube app for Shopify. It can generate a scene around a product image from your description, remove a background, increase resolution and, in some countries, make short product videos. A generated scene is added to the product as a new image.
Google calls it experimental and says it works best with products front and center, such as packaged goods. It doesn't support images with hands, wall art, light fixtures or regulated goods such as alcohol, and video generation is limited to Australia, Canada, India, Japan, the UK and the US.
If you already use the Google & YouTube app, Product Studio is worth a try for simple scenes. Google's documentation doesn't describe ready-made photo models and poses or applying one look to many products in a run, which is where Fulfily fits.
