Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. The images are yours to use in your store, ads and anywhere else, also after you uninstall the app. We don't claim copyright over them.
Will the product look like my real product?
Yes. Fulfily builds every image from your own product photos, title and description, and it is instructed not to add logos, text or details your product doesn't have. Very small text, logos and intricate jewelry settings are the hardest parts, so check each image and regenerate any that aren't right before you publish.
What photos do I need?
At least one clear photo of the product in your Shopify store. A plain supplier photo or a simple phone shot is enough, but Fulfily edits real product photos, so it can't create images for a product you don't have a photo of yet.
How do credits work?
Each image costs credits by quality: Medium 1 credit, High 2 credits and Ultra 4 credits. Paid plans add credits every week and unused weekly credits build up to two weeks' worth.
Does Fulfily help with SEO?
Yes. Every generated image gets descriptive alt text and a readable file name based on the product, so your new images are ready for search from the start.
Which products work best?
Products with clear photos and a good title and description work best. Merchants use Fulfily for clothing, jewelry, bags and accessories, beauty products, home decor, rugs and wall art.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from the app, with no minimum term. Billing runs through your Shopify invoice, and images you've already published stay in your store.
